Welcome to our beautiful Florida Keys vacation rental luxury home we call, Orchid Villa, located on the gulf with full sunset views, 3 acres of beautifully landscaped tropical trees and flowers with a private gate from the street and winding drive to this vacation rental home. Orchid Villa consists of the Main Estate, a Pool Cabana which is connected to the Main Estate by a breezeway; PLUS, a 2 bedroom Guest Cottage with its own swimming pool, and full kitchen and living room for a total of 5800 sq. ft. of living space. Orchid Villa is nestled in a Florida Keys’ natural wood hammock on grassy ray with walking path through our landscape . On the water side of this FL Keys luxury vacation rental, you will enjoy watching our Keys’ water birds and the sunset views to celebrate another wonderful day in the Florida Keys.

Orchid Villa rental rates vary by the season and we do give last minute discounts. Property rents as a whole, all 6 bedrooms $5,500 to $11,000 except on a last minute basis, $2,000 to $5,000. Rental for Holidays, Mini Lobster Season $12,000. High Season Rental (January – April and Memorial Day – August) $7,800 – $8,800. Taxes are 12.5%. Cleaning Fee is $425 and Security Deposit $2,000.
