Welcome to our luxury Florida Keys vacation rental home we call, Manatee Bay. This lovely 3,800 square foot large home sits on almost three and a half sprawling acres of prime landscaped property in a premiere area. Ten minutes north of the center of Marathon, Florida, and only 15 minutes drive from Islamorada, Grassy Key is a residential area composed of  large luxury waterfront estate homes on Florida Keys properties, very private and quiet, far from the seasonal madness. Entering the property from its Morton Street entrance, one is greeted by tropical flowering plants and majestic palm trees; the long meandering driveway winds past the tennis court to this grand vacation home.

Imagine gazing across a large, sparkling swimming pool to see a natural in-ground aquarium, filled with tropical fish, tarpon, and lobsters. It has crystal clear water and is accessed by way of a sand-beach entry; beyond that sits the endless expanse of the Gulf of Mexico. Our home faces west, so a nightly sunset celebration takes place on your own backyard.

The dock accommodates large boats with 6 feet of water at low tide, and you have instant access to the Florida Bay, the Gulf and the Atlantic Ocean. The sunset views here are endless, and defy description. These waters are considered some of the finest Florida Keys’ sportfishing grounds in the entire world. From the dock you can swim or snorkel and see a wide variety of sea life including manatees and dolphins.

This immaculate 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom vacation rental home features a large kitchen with custom cabinets and granite counter tops, separate dining room, a large TV room with a big screen TV and a large, airy great room which opens to a spacious screened patio beside the heated pool. The main level has two wings; one wing has a very private master suite with king-size bed and is designed for limited mobility people – grab bars in the bathroom and a shower that is designed for a wheelchair. The other wing has a king suite with a full bath; another bedroom with two double beds; and a third bedroom with  one queen and one  bed. Which share a full size bathroom. The third king master suite with with a full bath, sits atop a natural wood spiral staircase and offers the most stunning Florida Keys views of all. This suite has its own private porch to have your morning treats, Florida Keys luxury living at its very best.

Rental Rates vary by the season and we do give last minute and small group discounts. $3,200 to $9,000. Rentals for Holidays, Mini Lobster Season $9,000. High Season Rentals (January – April and Memorial Day – August) $6,000 – $7,000. Taxes are 12.5%. Cleaning Fee is $325 and Security Deposit $2,000.
