Be sure to join us in the beautiful Florida Keys. We invite you to our Florida Keys luxury vacation rental accommodations. We have four homes for vacation rental in the Keys, located in the Middle Florida Keys area, three are on Grassy Key area of Marathon, Florida and one is near Sombrero Beach in Marathon, Florida. Each luxury rental home is beautifully decorated with lush landscaping, pools, waterfront, boat dockage, and spectacular water views. Our luxury rental homes are very large and can accommodate a large family, corporate meeting, or an event week such as a FL Keys’ wedding, family reunion, or business conference. Also, we offer discounts for rentalof multiple homes on Grassy Key. All the houses are on the same street. Our attention to the smallest detail makes our vacation rental homes perfect in every way for any event. Our three Grassy Key properties are named: Orchid Villa, Manatee Bay, and Kokomo. Our Marathon Florida luxury vacation rental’s name is Tingler Isle. Tingler Isle is on the Atlantic side, adjacent to the very popular Sombrero Beach. Sombrero Beach is one of few of our great beaches in all the Florida Keys. Also, the Sombrero Community is an area in the Florida Keys with awesome homes and landscaped yards. Our vacation rentals are weekly, multiple weeks, or monthly and accommodate small or large groups because our rentals have many bedrooms. A rental home with more than 3 bedrooms is hard to find in the Florida Keys.

We also have accommodations for the smaller group that want to stay in the Marathon, FL area. See our associate’s  rental apartments, Conch Key Villas located on the quaint island of Conch Key. These waterfront accommodations with dockage for boats are perfect for those on a budget or those just needing smaller accommodations in the Florida Keys.
